Packaging: All crystals and stones are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
